Elias Leverett: Real estate onchain, from title to credit.

I work at the intersection of AI and real-world assets. That means putting title, escrow and credit onchain, and using AI to make the transactions behind them faster, more accurate and compliant. My focus is RWA tokenization, tokenized private credit and emerging markets.

AI-driven title and escrow with Propy, powering onchain real estate and RWA tokenization. Based in Lima, working across the US and Latin America.

Tokenization is not one thing.

"Tokenized real estate" usually lumps three different products together. Each solves a different problem, carries a different regulatory load, and serves a different person. Treating them as one is a big reason adoption has stalled.

Property rights

A 1:1 digital title. Verifiable chain of custody, faster settlement, less friction. An upgrade to ownership itself.

Ownership upgrade

Economic rights

Fractional exposure to future upside. Useful in some cases, but it brings securities rules, licensing and suitability, and rarely matches what owners actually need.

Investment product

Debt and private credit

Underwriting, collateral, cash flow and enforceability. No liquidity theater and no speculative price discovery. This is where tokenization stops being a narrative and becomes infrastructure.

Where it scales

Global capital, local collateral. Owners unlock trapped equity without selling, lenders get terms they understand, and title, escrow and recording keep it enforceable off-chain.

AI where the paperwork lives.

Real estate closings run on documents, deadlines and compliance checks. That is exactly where AI earns its keep, and where I have been putting it to work every day.

AI-driven closings

AI-powered tools and workflows that streamline title and escrow, so complex files stay accurate and on schedule across five states.

Agents and automation

n8n workflow builds and HubSpot automations that route work, keep systems in sync and remove manual handoffs between Sales, Closing, Product and Operations.

Hands-on with agentic AI

Building with tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork and applying them to real operations, not demos.

My work at Propy

Three and a half years across sales, closings, digital assets and operations. I have sat on every side of an onchain real estate deal: the buyer's questions, the developer's timeline, the compliance file and the closing table.

Digital assets and RWAs

Minting homes and landmarks as NFTs, guiding owners as they move deeds onchain as RWA NFTs, and advising on the legal and financial side of tokenized property.

Crypto closings and compliance

Primary point of contact for crypto-based transactions: KYC, AML and OFAC checks, crypto escrow onboarding, and wallet-to-wallet settlement that still records cleanly.

Developer and investor deals

Helping developers open new-construction inventory to crypto buyers, from deposits held in crypto escrow to crypto-backed financing that lets buyers keep their assets.

Title and escrow operations

Qualia Certified Expert. AI-driven closing workflows and the systems that keep complex title and escrow files accurate across five states.

AI and automation

HubSpot automations, n8n workflow builds and AI-powered tools that cut manual work out of the closing process.

Customer success and RevOps

The operational bridge between Sales, Closing, Product and Operations: CRM ownership, KPI reporting, deal attribution, commission tracking and leakage analysis.

Developer partnerships

New-construction projects where Propy brought crypto-native buying, escrow and settlement to Florida developments.

What I work on

Practical systems that hold up across jurisdictions, not just on a whitepaper.

RWA tokenization

Helping homeowners move deeds onchain as RWA NFTs, minting property records, and making homes DeFi-ready so they can serve as onchain collateral.

Tokenized private credit

HELOC-style structures issued against verified title, with transparent, programmable terms and servicing that is enforceable both onchain and in the real world.

AI and real-world assets

Applying AI where tokenized assets meet real-world paperwork: title, escrow, compliance and settlement. Tokens only scale when the operations behind them do.

Emerging markets and stablecoins

How stablecoins, CBDCs and tokenized debt can lower the cost of capital and widen access to financing across Latin America, and the economics behind adoption.

Let's talk about credit, title and settlement.

If you are exploring tokenized private credit, Web3 escrow, AI-driven real estate operations or revenue systems for PropTech, I am always open to a thoughtful conversation.
